Not the best experience

Thought buying this "Velcro" product would ensure quality but it doesn't. The straps lose their elasticity very quickly and one of mine broke where the hook part attaches to the loop part. I glued it back together better than it was glued originally and am soldiering on but looking for another solution.

Maybe I didn't read the description correctly

i _thought_ that the strap's bitter end would thread through the buckle so one could pull it tight to wrap firmly around something, then the bitter end would adhere to the "outside" of the strap. Nope--mating occurs on the _inside_ of strap, so it doesn't thread through the buckle. That, or I'm dense as uranium and am doing wrong...which isn't above suspicion.

These straps work well

Bought these to hold cushion on leg part of recliner, and work excellant for holding in place. Used four to keep firmly in place. Doesn't move.
